We want you to love your Haus Pepito piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Eligibility

We accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at hauspepito@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. We'll send you a return label and next steps.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange your item for a different size. Once we receive your return, we'll ship out your new piece.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
